Final balance and refundable breakages deposit of €200 is due six weeks before holiday start date.

The refundable breakages deposit of €200 per will be returned in full within 14 days subject to a satisfactory inspection and the property being left in a reasonably clean condition.

The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.

Electric is included for the summer periods outside these dates September to May, electric will be charged for the amount used over 150kw's per week /20kw's per day, (a reading will be taken upon arrival and departure and deducted from security deposit).
